Shipping Policy

Flora is a digital-only service — there are no physical products, and nothing is ever shipped to you. This page explains how digital purchases are delivered instead.

1. What you're buying

Purchases in Flora are one-time credit packs that unlock additional AI messages within the app. There is no physical component and no shipping address is ever collected.

2. Delivery method and timing

Credits are delivered digitally and automatically — as soon as your purchase is confirmed by the app store you bought through (Google Play or the Apple App Store), your credit balance updates in the app. This is typically instant and usually completes within a couple of minutes at most.

3. Where Flora is available

Flora is available to download and use anywhere our payment provider supports transactions. There are no regional shipping restrictions since nothing physical is involved.

4. If your purchase doesn't appear

If you were charged but don't see your credits in the app within 30 minutes, email hello@awwtomato.com with your account email and payment confirmation, and we'll resolve it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we handle failed or missing deliveries.
